We will endeavour to provide dates according to ferry availability
Please note:
We operate a Housekeeping Deposit scheme where we take £150 deposit which is refunded within 7 days of the end of your stay less any deductions. To ensure a full refund, please leave the house as you find it, ready for the next guests.
Payment can be made by bank transfer.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Prices include electricity. Free wifi.
- No smoking in house or garden
- Accommodation will be available from arrival of the ferry. Please note that during July and August the house will be available from the arrival of the second ferry to the departure of the first ferry.
- Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of 20% deposit and the balance plus refundable £150 housekeeping deposit due 8 weeks before your holiday date.
- Bookings made within 8 weeks of your holiday date – full payment required.
- Cancellation – If notice of cancellation is given not later than 8 weeks before your holiday date, you will not be liable to pay the outstanding balance, but lose your deposit unless you book another date or we secure another booking for your dates.
- However, if you cancel your holiday within 8 weeks you will be liable to pay the balance unless we received an alternative booking from elsewhere.
